RN Mr William Chester was borne vppon Easter monday about 4 of the clock p m. this Child is f {sic} very small faynt feble of a longe visage hath not the vse of his lims but specially of his legs to goe natus āno dni 1596. 12 Apr. die h. 4 p m. 1596.

Decēb. 7. die hor. 3. 30. mi. 1598 very short winded.
