RN Iohn Risely of Rawnstyn 63|7|{sic} 67. hath bene sick on weddensday last 6 weekes sound in body but bursten this 16 weekes. he was wont to be troubled wth a wind Cholick. nowe last of l {sic} all wth an issue on his navell eaten in an Inche deepe but nowe growen vp againe saving that it hath a litle hole in it wc when they went to stoppe it put him in danger of death. sent his sonne to me he kepeth his bed nowe & then payned in his back & pricking & shooting in his navell {virs} an end. bleedeth every foote & wetteth a handkerchir. Decemb. 18. die . h. 8. 40: mi. 1598. goeth ill to ground
