RN Mres Millecent Sainders sister to Sr Thomas Temple at Brisworth. 5 myles beyond North Hāpton 58 y Ap. 25. h. 2. 30 p m 1627

had a fall frō a horse 6 weekes a goe frō a horse by wch her hucklebone was set out of ioynt

Then it was set by Mr Hayles & cōtinued so a fortnight & then Allen of Leycestersheere in Norton put it better in being not well set & she found ease by it a fortnight & mended and about a ten days sinc she cōplayned of it yt she could not styrr Knee nor foote. /& her Knees & toes stand ever sinc outward\1
