U[1628–30] Thomas write {illeg} was borne on \the next/ satterday at night after on michelmus was twelmounth, betweene a 11 or 12 at|or| i3, a Clock but cam to me at 1 of clock, ye 14th: of march 1630./
had a quiuorin & sounding on michelmus last & 3 Dayes the after ye small pox & then at shroftide & this last night had 3 fitts after the same manner a boue saide, being ye 13th Day complaines on the head & heauie & apt to sleepe
