tooke a prpap|r|ative of syrope of roses opening root & it giveth march fenel somewhat to bynde

my lady Dive sent vnto me to come to her & to give her physicke for a great scouring taken only by the syrope of roses put to a decoction of opening rootes March 13. h. 11. 20 ant m. 16061
