RN Thomas Dudly nowe 5 yeres old next miklemas natus erat Sept 15. die h 1. p m. hath his health well & eateth his meate. about harvest last began to have a rising in his throte ready to stop his wind & speach in always when he beginneth to sleepe then it hath held him sinc miklemas the last time it tooke him it bete him on friday last. going to sleepe. ready to skreame & skrike in the fit.

CASE60573: Horary consultation concerning Mr William Mordaunt (PERSON54877)

RN my lord Mordants litle child ten weekes on satt last it was borne the 19 of marh {sic} last betweene 10 & 11 in ye morning. it was healthfull vntill weddensday last. may 25. h. 4. 30 ant m it was taken wth a stretching out of the arms a galling of the eys & skryking & trēbling of all tes vppon may 26. it had 3 fits 2 in ye morning. & on at noone. & hath an arising in ye throte wch is seene & felt. & by holding downe by hand hath some ease & it riseth moore. the left syde of the throate. sent to me Iune 2. h. 8 ant m. 1625.
