RN Iane Bachouse of Hansloppe 7 yeres old. sick this twelfmoneth. cōplayneth in her bodye aches in her lims. pined away. speaketh very hartely & eateth her meate well. hath a great laske for this 2 moneths Marche 12 die ☾ h. 8. 56. ant m. cōplayneth of her hart & brest 1599. her lims will hardly beare her.

RN M^r Iohn Moore for a young daughter \mayd/ \Iane Riddin/ |nata Iulij 15. 1620 10 y old feb 21. ☾ h. 1. p m 1631.| who is fallen Lame in her left leg mutch swollen frō the h {sic} knee downeward & before it fell down was extreme sick & swelled towards her belly

RN Rich Kerby Miller of Newport 60 \56/ yeres old. long & grevously sick {filiu}s  patre \{servus}  Domino/ cū euꝯ {sic} consensu it hath held this 4 yeres by fits but this quarter of this yere held him sorely & keepeth home some days his bed in his fit & then abroad. a payne in his hart w^th a sighing black coloured very fat of his face but w^th this sicknes shrunk in his bodye & legs. M^r yarrow for him novemb. {sic} 1 Decēb. die ♀ h. 10. 15. 1598¹
