in her hed \face/ armes feete. ru eares rūning to and froe.

ch Iohn Daynton {illeg} {sic} 12 yeres a twelfemonth old.

cōplayneth of & rubbeth his nose & beateth it against a |any| thing well & looketh well otherwise

& so her selfe

on told her yt all the child shee had her disease if it were not renyed armes ready.
