Novemb. 13 die ☾. h. 12. 6. mi 1598. shee was so weak shee could not come but sent her servant mead it ariseth from her hart vpward to her throot ready to stop her winde

RN Goody Ashburnoure very sorely pained in her head light headed & swelled in her face very red. can take no sleepe nor rest. sent to me. may 4. die ♀. h. 5. 48. mi ant m 1599 hath not had her couses {sic} this two yeres. bledeth nowe & then at the nose.

RN Mres Margaret Noone a londyner y^t came vnto me w^th M^r Iohn lanckford sent me word y^t her 2 clysters wrought but litle but y^t her dyet drinke did worke well & did her some good for her cold stomack. but y^t her flushing in her face cōtinueth still. as also her swelling espec on the right syde of her bellye craveth my furth^r helpe.
