RN Will: Devearell of Swāburn 42 y Iuly 28. {h} {sic} ☿ h. 5 30 p m 1619 every d{ay} {sic} day ill sinc satterday but worse some day then other a flushing heate is vp in the mydl of the day sleepeth litle. a stitch vnder his right syde / doth make him cough a litle.

RN Martyn Coles of litlington 24 y Aug 30 ☾ h. 7. 45. ant m 16i9. sick on|w|th stitches on his right syde & now on his left syde & is very sick. feareth the wormes. chest was. did vomyt a worme very hot & drye.

RN Elis foster of newp almost 16 y Ap 11 h {sic} hor 9. 30 ant m. 1618. neaver had them. sick ever sinc mondaye. hed & everywhere & stitch on her right syde & is extreme hot eateth litle nothing but drinke or buttermylke

TG Ann stapp of stonystreetford 16 y. Mart. 15. h. 9. Mat. 1634. hath beene sicke this 14night. on wensday a stitch in her right side began, & now is pained in all her body. Exceedy|i|ng hote. Keepeth her bed can hardly stirre.
