hath lost her cōplexion & looketh very pale but when she rydeth had a great cold & cough 3 quaters of a yere a payne in the mould of her head loveth any thing bettr then meate.

came into my prsenc wth there waters
her daughter Elenor Aylet 17 y mopish & idle headed for 4 yeres & her shoulder bone come out & goeth crooked
had a great cold in her head & cānot be removed
her mynd troubled wth divrse conceits & feares
very healthfull in her body.
