RN Iohn Roughed sick. novemb. 1. die ☿ h. 1. 30. the child. 1598

RN Mres Vines fell extreeme sicke of|n| thursday night the 9 of novemb. at betwixt a 11 & 12. at night after the members of the howse had bene at bed 1598. I set it of myne owne accord they thought shee would have died y^t night. it holdeth her by fits prety well a friday ill on satterd. & prety well on sunday & monday but ill on tuesday following.

RN Mres Vines sicker today then yesterday yet better then shee was vppon y^t thursdy it took her. her some {sic} came to me weeping & telling me y^t his moth^r was sick and y^t he thought shee would Dye Novemb. 14. die ♂ h. 9. 30 ant m. I moved this quest of mine owne mind 1598.

RN Ihone Brinckloe the dau sister in lawe of Thom. Walles of Long Woulsom {sic} 40 yeres old a servant vnmaried very sicke. novemb. 25. die ♄. h. 11. 45. 1598.

RN Ihone Dormer of havershā this fortnight sick w^c was the 2 of novemb. ☾ in ♉. came \sent/ her sonne for my counsell & remedy the 11. of november die ♄. hor. 8: 36. mi ant m 1598. 54 yeres old.

RN Iohn Porter butcher of S^t Albons fell sicke the 21 of Novemb. an houre \D an/ afore ☉. in his shoulders. die ♂ h. 3. 30. sent M^r Nichols in his behalfe the 23 of Novemb die ♃ h. 2. 15. mi. 1598.

RN Thomas Williamson of Newport tayler who Dwelleth hard by M^r yarrowe about 40 yeres old. sick ever sinc tuesday. the 2i of Novemb. being tuesdaye first took his sicknes {sent} not before this 27 of Decemb. {sic} fearfull of death & Distrustfull die ☾. h. 9. 49. 1598. wat^r exceeding hie coloured & thick keepeth his bed.

RN Ambrose Marche at Woulverton serveth M^r Gaskin 26 yeres. sick fell sick as they suppose vppō the 21 of novemb. moved his quest. this 28 of novemb. die ♂ h. 2. p m. 1598. hath kept his bed 2 days. & 2 days or 3 before on his iourneye

RN Mres vuedales meade sickly hath not her courses. supposed \by M^r Vuedale/ to be w^th child w^th & by her {L} \{Kinsmā}/ that last was question made. Novemb. 12 die ☉ h. 8. 15. 1598.

RN Agnes Parson of Broughton \a childe/ 11 yeres on good friday last an ho 2 houres afore son hath bene sick this yere Novemb. 1. die ☿ h. 12. 15 1598. /this child is leane & spleneticke.\

RN Zachary Ketch of lathbury 10 yeres old sickned the 10 of novemb. die ♀ about noune came for my counsell. 23 of Novemb. die ♃ h. 12. 30|5|. 1598. he can hardly speak or stande.

RN Goodman Richardson of of {sic} bowbrickle 60 yeres old. sick for this 5 weekꝭ space. riseth from his bed nowe & then, he scoureth very mutch. is very desirous to have a vomit for the fleume in his Chest novemb. 17. die ♀ h. 1. 9. 1598. well mended of y^t he was

RN Robart Nichols Fisher of Brodwell of 40 yee{res} sick at times ever sinc whitsontide onc a moone at the chaung cōplayneth especially last weeke thursday & friday & yesterday & keepeth his bed this ♄ about the syde of his bellye cōplayneth of Cold ill by fits y^t nowe he cannot work Novemb. 18. die ♄ h. 11. 1598

RN Iohn Androwes of Willan 44 yeres old maried about xx yeres. sick by fits this moneth. in his hed yesterday this day keepeth his bed & sometimes so ill y^t he knoweth not what he doth. a very fat faced man. Novemb^r 19. die ☉. h. 8. 39. mi. 1598 a gydines in his hed.

RN Thomas Hinny man of Witfild. 60 yeres old. sick a weddensday last in his belly & chest swelling in his legs & thighes. & swelleth vpward to his belly. Novemb. 6. die ☾ h. 4. 15. p m. hoven & swollen.

RN Agnes Miller of Newport sick ever sinc Miklemas. 30 yeres old troubled w^th fleume w^th a quivering & trembling in her body as it were w^th a palsye. w^th a gret rising in her stomacke hed novemb. 7. die ♂ h p. m. 3. a whitish water before it was turned full of heres spotꝭ & dregs thin & yellowish

RN Mres Vines took her sicknes at Piddington 30 of maye die ♂ h. betwixt 9. & 10 walking at night in her orcharde. & it tooke away her speache & brought a palsy in her side & armes. shee had no vse of her lims. 1598. die ♂ h. 9. 30 mi. p m maij 30. 1598.¹

RN Everard \Woodland/ troubled e|i|t tooke him his sicknes tooke him on a weddensday before Barnabe a yere & half old pined & consumed w^th it. pale of coleur. refuseth his vittayles & vomiteth it vp w^th a coughing the 27 of Novemb. die ☾. h. 11. 45. ant m. 1598. pater  filio

RN Ihone Nelson of Moulso of 52 yeres old. sick this 14 yere. always vomiteth vp her meate espec. this last yere. keepeth nowe her bed it g{oo}gleth in her body. y^t w^c cometh vp is black as sote nothing given her will: make her vomit shee bendeth her selfe forward & always must reatch fleume sick her back & left side & keepeth her bed. & tumbleth vp all 10. 45. ant m 1598. shee feareth lest shee be wasted w^thin. 1598. die ☿ always cold feete hands novemb. 8.
