RN Iohn Browne of Elstoe 28 y Aug 6 ♀ h. 11. ant m 1619 |troubled w^th the rug {sic} of the raynes & bleeding 3 or 4 tymes a day & or night.|

RN on M^r Holland a Courtier a very fat mā troubled w^th the rūning of the Reanes & a great thirst having no mony I gave him 5^s d|&| made him Dyne w^th me & gave him a lozeng Decēb 2 ♂ h 12. 1623.

Complained of Cramps & weaknes ouer all his body. face, Armes legs were swelld, now thanks be to God are not. was the payne in his back doth not so much trouble him as before his loosenes stayd vpon those things I gaue as Clysters & Cordialls. now his loosenes hath taken him agayne desires something y^t may stay it. vryne a little higher y^en it hath bin this 3 dayes, no slu{ff}y Sediment, nor so much troubled with the Gonorrhæa as before Laus deo.

Desires at this tyme something for Cough & loosenes.

RN M^r ketteridge of Newp. for on troubled w^th the gonorrhea whose stones are exceeding had {sic} for 3 weekes in great payne. this gonorrhea is stopped & sinc his boath stones are growen very hard Iue {sic} 6 ☾ h. 6 30 p m 1614. 25 y. at Clyfton Raynes.

RN Agnes Miller of 45. yeres old hath had an old Desier Disease as shee thincketh of the winde cholick ready to stop there winde lieth at her harte this every daye of the weeke. the rūning. of the reanes

August the 12 die ♄ h. post m ant m. 8. 34 mi for Agnes Miller who hath bene troubled w^th the rūning of her reanes & so also her husb: for the space of this 4 yeares & her mother w^th the winde cholick. whiles she had her termes shee was a sound woman but sinc never having thē shee hath bene mutch distempered w^th the rūning of the reanes
