Ap 1617. hath had an ague sinc the 12 of septēb. to the first of march. sinc an extree {sic} cold wch still cōtinueth wthout remedy. hed & stomack payned every morning his belly is swelled. as if it would breake. {illeg} {sic} he tooke physick the 26 of march & therfore d|b|eing very loose desyreth no physick.
