RN Aug. 11 die ♀ h. 5. 30 m. ant m. 1598. it should seeme good for Mary Nichols to take phisik.

RN Susan Blundell had a fit about 1 post m. in my howse her moth^r demaundeth the cause therof & about that time it taketh her in the day time. & about 6 a clock at night. Aug. 20 die ☉ h 1. p m. 1598.

RN Alce Scābler maried to Edw. Mash. the Septemb. 1. die ♀ ♄ {sic}. 8. 15. mi. but her husbande came to me about there marying at 6. 55 mi. & I maried thē about 8. {15}|39| mi. & my man would have forbidden the bands if he had knowen it & was very angry w^th me for y^t I told him not of it a litle before for shee had a peece of x^s of his w^c shee would not redeliver to him. he would have gone to lawe. RN Elisabeth Honour of Woulverton about 26 maried this 2 or 3 yeres. shee is lunatick & hath not the vse of her wits. about 3 a clock in the after noone 26 of Septemb. die ♂ they cam to my howse but I was not at home they came agayne about 9. 15 in moring {sic} w^th her consent

RN M^res Blundell went w^th her Daughters water w^c was white as milke & very thick & muddy to have his opinion Octob. 6. die ♀ h. 11. 38. 1598. it hath Diverse colours & white & yallowe in the middle & stone in bottom

RN Margaret Billington who dwelt w^th Thomas Billington of Bletchly first cosens nowe Dwelleth w^t M^r Vuedale came awaye for a payne of her hed ache back neck & newe at her hart ever since harvest never a daye well Novemb. the 12 die ☉ h. 12. 20. mi 1598 20 yeres old in p^rsenc her selfe.

RN Mres Vines fell extreeme sicke of|n| thursday night the 9 of novemb. at betwixt a 11 & 12. at night after the members of the howse had bene at bed 1598. I set it of myne owne accord they thought shee would have died y^t night. it holdeth her by fits prety well a friday ill on satterd. & prety well on sunday & monday but ill on tuesday following.

RN Mres Vines sicker today then yesterday yet better then shee was vppon y^t thursdy it took her. her some {sic} came to me weeping & telling me y^t his moth^r was sick and y^t he thought shee would Dye Novemb. 14. die ♂ h. 9. 30 ant m. I moved this quest of mine owne mind 1598.

RN Elisabeth Sandons the daught^r of Iohn Sandon ded & deted & moth^r. her vnkle came for her at Woulverton 9 yeres old amisse this fortnight they suppose it to have bene an ague. very sleepy & Drowsy. cōplayneth of her hed & belly. Novemb. 17. die ♀ h. 10. 15. mi. 1598.

RN Agnes Smithe of 13 yeres old at last mikelmas it tooke her {9} of novemb. w^th a gydines in her hed & hart & so ceme Downe to her h {sic} belly hard came for my counsell this 27 of November 1598 die ☾ h. 8. 49. mi. ant m. mater cū filia quærit

RN Elisabeth Smith 30 yeres old 9 yeres maried. never had Child it cometh by fits twice a weeke of a good colour red faced & fill {sic} of blood lieth in her hed & so ariseth from her hart & stomack vnto her hed. her face & syde swelleth. her vrine is red & full of rags. came in her owne son & then was very well of Decemb. 4 die ☾ h. 2. 1598. dwelleth at Emerten right side of her hed.¹
