RN Iohn Adams of Weston besides northāpton. \his father a Consellour mayed {sic} Iudg Harvyes broth Daughter/ \fathr Mr Iohn/ borne the last day of Ap last h 6 30 ant m but sent to me Ian 2. ☾ h. 10. 20 ant m 1632.

ater {sic} infante epilipt satt last was sennet h 8 30 ant m taken wth a swounding fit about a quarter of an houre. having a {illeg}|r|ising in his stomak vp to his throate wch stops his breath.
