Iane Osburne of Olny of 35. for a sore back & hart best in the her bed. & nowe taketh her by fits. & burning & sweating. & aches yt it maketh her sweate shee feareth lest it be her sicknes yt lyeth at her harte. goeth hard to ground. her child half a yere old. had not her courses nevr sinc shee was last wth child & soe shee is nevr vseth to have thē but frō child to Child. looketh yellowe. Apr. 2. die h. 10. 52. m. ant m.
