strangly handled in her feete wth pulling & gnawing her feete wth extremity of payns & her hands pill all over & the tops wore away wth the payne & did extremely vomyte at the first for 4 days 16 weekes. & had 2 child wch vomyted sorely & on child dyed & she cānot sit vp nor goe but as she she {sic} is caryed nor cānot abyde any to touch her hands & feete & are extreme hot
