RN Will Knight tooke his sicknes die {illeg} Ian 4 die Ian. {sic} 5. die ♀ h. 3. in aur. very evill handled w^th sicknes vomiteth hath a rising in his stomack leeke an apostume ready to stoppe his breath. burneth very mutch thirsty & drye. 1599.

RN he also came to know my councell for his wife new delivered who taking cold was almost deade very thirsty.
