RN Francis Cooke of Northāpton feb 23 a wench. h. 10. 15 p m 1627. now 4 y. old. almost a moh|n|th {sic} \month/ sick

now hath an Ague lips very sore & broken out. dull heavy no ioy of any thing eateth litle, sleepeth not quietly. vryne cold red thick temp. & hath bene laxative vryne warned mutch better in colour./ feb 8  {sic} h 2 p m. 163i.

march. 29. h. 10 ant m 1633. |she brought her water. & was prsent.|1

had thē twice in 3 days before the monthe the first tyme at there ting & had |thē 5 days| & the second tyme a litle before the {sic} came had the flushing 3 days but pale I suppose she had her bleeding before made her have the soner. had a clyster before her pils yest was 3 weekes tooke her pils
