RN Thomas White of Milten 56. may 22 die h. 11 30 ant m 1600 |a payne in his shoulders| payned in his head back & chest stuffed. faynt & feeble water good but yellowish. sande in his backe. a drye cough.

Susāna White of Milten Mres Androwes servant 18 a red coloured wenche legs sweld. hath the whites but very few of the reds. head & harte a swimminge.
