RN Susan Blundell 1597. feb. 12 die ♄. h in med. noct. 12. 30. m. was evilly handled of her disease. & it first toke her. in the night ready to choake her. /she became as a naturall chaingling. before she dyed & died in y^t sort\¹

RN Susan Blundle {illeg} 1597 was grevously handled w^th a disease w^ch taketh her every saterday since it began to take her w^c was not vntill this yeare 1597 & towards the latter end of Ian. shee was greeved therw^th on feb. the 12 of feb{r} betwixt on & two in the mor:¹ shee is as on dead & sowneth 2 or 3 times togeath^r. or a litle after midnight betwixt 12. & on. it tooke her cōmonly in her sleepe./

RN William Downing \of filgrave/ of the his child Abigayle a yere & 3 quarters. old. very sick for 3 houre{s} when it taketh it at 2 a clock morning & at 12 it vomiteth whatsoever it taketh the Drinke & sucke it taketh & handleth very ill for the space of 3 houres Aug 27. die ☉ h. 3. 1598 quærit remediū it loketh pale as ashes at p philgrave.
