{Tak}eth wormewood Drink & fyndeth good by it craveth the making of wornewood {sic} water & cinanon {sic} water.

SRN S^r walter Leach of Cadleigh in Devonsheire sent me his Letter desireing my Aduise & Counsaile for himselfe for a vayne that is broken in him & hath voyded a gallon of Blood.

he is Desyrous to know whenc it comes fearing least it should be a wast of nature & a weakning of his body.
