RN An Bourton of Olny 26 yeres old. sick the ever sinc Lent tooke her in her hed hart & backe maried this 7 yeres had but on Child but y^t god hath taken to his mercy. {s} {sic} it holdeth her nowe as an ague shaking her every day. & hat sweateth & is very hot after the shaking & hath as it were a thing lūbring in her chest very corpulent faynt & very feeble. hath a very painfull cough ready to Drawe vp hart & hall w^th it & fetcheth blood very short winded. fetcheth vp fleume & water as cleare as a bell. RN Iohn Trueman of Willing i9 come lāmas. hath a swellinge in his legs fallen downe lately w^thin this sennet his \belly & body/ was before swollen. he hath taken phisick this 4 yeres. & hath taken Drinkꝭ of many & of M^r Glover of Northampton. Drinkes losing him y^t hath had taken a diet losing Drinke for 3 days fasting & had 2 cakes & hath in a day. his excrementꝭ looke white & his face & eyes all yellowe but a fully faced youthe. 24 of Apr. die ♂ h. 9. 30 p m {sic}. 1599. cathed it w^th a wet & cold. faynt & feeble.

RN Charles m^r Stantons servant 19 y. fell sick at m^r Barkers howse of a tertian ague. 15 yeres old nowe every days ague Septemb. 4 die ♂ h. 4. 45. p m 1599. very weake sick this 5 weekes.

RN Thomas Barret of stony stratford servant to Iohn Smith of haversham tayler {vousued} to nothing extreeme weake cannot stirre out of his bed. the 28 of Decēb. die ♃. h 9. 30. m. ant m. 1598 pater  filio.

RN Iohn Androwes of Willan 44 yeres old maried about xx yeres. sick by fits this moneth. in his hed yesterday this day keepeth his bed & sometimes so ill y^t he knoweth not what he doth. a very fat faced man. Novemb^r 19. die ☉. h. 8. 39. mi. 1598 a gydines in his hed.
