RN \Alce Knight./ Baal Goody Baal for Rogar Knights wif of Newport Lathbury 40 yeres old Alce Knight in childbed this month. not hart sicke but taken w^th a shivering in the bottome of her bodye & so cometh vpwards y^t shee cannot hold still her mouthe shee doth shiver exceedingly it holdeth all day & night. w^th some litle intermission. nor|t| hart sick nor any other where but w^th y^t shivering not churched. RN Goody Ashbournour greatly complayneth sinc yesterday of the headach & the gr{eat} paine therof cannot rest. her face is mutch swollen therewith. maij 2. die ☿. h. 7. 15 ant. m. 1599. about 40 yeres
