RN Harry Goodin taken lame in his left leg not swollen he cannot styrre his right side. in his leg & huck bone he layd in the fild Downe & being hote tooke a colde. this day or monday was sennet 17 d 16 last Christmas eve. 1598. pater  filio et filius oravit patrē. vt me consulet  morbo. Octob. 29 die ☉ h. 1. 1598. it took him in the fild as if it were prickt with nales. he cryeth out whē it is touched.

RN Elisabeth Whooton of Sherington vnmaried crasy ever sinc miklemas but took her & handled her very greevously the 16 of novemb. & enquired of me the {sic} a remedye the 23 of novemb die ♃. h 9. 30. mi. 1598. pater  filia cū eius consensu

RN Rich Kerby Miller of Newport 60 \56/ yeres old. long & grevously sick {filiu}s  patre \{servus}  Domino/ cū euꝯ {sic} consensu it hath held this 4 yeres by fits but this quarter of this yere held him sorely & keepeth home some days his bed in his fit & then abroad. a payne in his hart w^th a sighing black coloured very fat of his face but w^th this sicknes shrunk in his bodye & legs. M^r yarrow for him novemb. {sic} 1 Decēb. die ♀ h. 10. 15. 1598¹

RN Thomas Marchell of Newport 34 yeres old. (Frauncis Marchell of Newport \24. yeres old./ very sicke ever sinc tuesday night at 8 & 30 mi p m. tooke her sicknes nowe & then vp but cannot stay vp. Decemb. 1 die ♀ h. 4 45. 1598. cū consensu serva  domina.

RN Iohn Risely of Rawnson sent onc againe to me for my counsell his pain lieth now in his Cods {w^c} are swollen as big as ons hed & as hard as a borde he was wont to haue them swollen very big but then lasted but 5 houres & nowe swelled ever sinc weddensday he cannot eate sleepe or goe to ground. troubled w^th the wind Cholicke a paine in his backe st{illeg}ry Desirous to take a stro{illeg} but Doubteth he ca shall be able Decēb. filius  patre cū consensu. RN William Tomson of 12 yeres on a friday a moneth afore Miklemas quærit valde ægrotat ventre. 6 of novemb. it tooke him on 2 of novemb. die ♃ in the morning. he it cometh & taketh him by fits & & {sic} ariseth vp in his stomack he could not take his meate. but would vomit vp but y^t is stayd & troubleth his hed but most his belly burneth wonderfully cannot eate.
