RN Water Browne her husb 40 y extremely swelled in his body frō the chest downe to his {illeg}|le|gs w^ch are mightely hoven & swelled his stomacke very good at the same tyme.

RN Iohn Phylip sick ever sinc thursday being the 30 of Decēb \novemb/ sent to me agayne the 4 of Decemb sick very greevously in his hart & body he is swelled in his body from the belly vnto his hart. he is Costive & so hath cōtinued ever sinc thursday last & is very exceeding ill & weeke.
