RN Decēb 22. ☉ h. 2. 40|5| p m 1622 swounded & fomed & his mouth Drawen backward. & at night had another fit & this swounded 4 tymes yesterd daye

RN was taken w^th a fit about 3 in the morning novēb. 11. ☉: h. 3. p. m {sic}. 16{i0}

RN It tooke Iohn Odyll Decēmb 9 ☾ in extremely. about 8. 30 ant m 1622 had it before but thē in great extremely & swounded. & so did onc or twice before & fomed & draweth his mouth.
