much troubled wth her back. cannot sleepe well, is taken wth a great paine in her right side, wch wth coughinge strikes vp to her eyes. hath beene thus troubled neare 4. y. but more nowe this winter then before. her yongest Childe 4. y. olde. desireth to know whether she bee wth Childe or not
