RN Iohn Spencer of W|S|r Robart Spencers servant. Martij 30 hor. 8. 9. ant m. 1602. cōplayneth of his left syde & spleene & swelling of his legge.

quærit {illeg}|r|emediū Aloysia faulkner 23 y. troubled wth the greene sicknes hath taken many vomits but noone would worke wth her craveth a vomit sick in ye stomacke quærit an \an {sic} alce faukner/ virū diligit nec ne.1
