RN Rich. Risely of Willing 2 yeres old. the fortnight after Chr|E|sterday morning about 3 a clock morning troubled by fits. especially the 18 of Decēb. after noone it wull {sic} fall Downe & crye & tak hold of any thing. Richard Risely a very feare child & of a goodly cōplexion was borne 1597. the 10 of Aprill. die h. 3. ant m. 1597. came to me Decēb. 29 die – h. 9. 30. cū vxore et filiolo. borne at willing.
