RN This strang fit of convuls. tooke it Iuly 14. ☾ h. 5. 30 p m. 1628 \of Calverton/ An Iames taken at this tyme first

RN She was taken strangly & sodenly but more yesterday then before Iuly 24. ☿ h 4|5| \5/ p m 1622. at sermō tȳe w^th strāg convulsions taking away her speach. & vse of her armes & her belly Did burne & trēble & was & is ever mightely tormōted w^th sore tēptatiōs when she is most willing to serve god¹
