RN An Bourton of Olny 26 yeres old. sick the ever sinc Lent tooke her in her hed hart & backe maried this 7 yeres had but on Child but y^t god hath taken to his mercy. {s} {sic} it holdeth her nowe as an ague shaking her every day. & hat sweateth & is very hot after the shaking & hath as it were a thing lūbring in her chest very corpulent faynt & very feeble. hath a very painfull cough ready to Drawe vp hart & hall w^th it & fetcheth blood very short winded. fetcheth vp fleume & water as cleare as a bell. RN An Haman 56 of litle brickhill: sick ever sinc Christmas not hart sick but swollen in her body & in her legs & very stiffe sent to me by her husband. Martij 22. die ♃ ♄ {sic}. 1. 10. 1599. very costive & as if shee were st{oun}ge & cannot rise except shee be lifted. very cold & stiffe & short winded & leekely to die 1599.

RN M^r {sic} Charels Tutcher Charles at Stonystratford at the swan of 2 neckes. 45. sick this fortnight. sonewhat {sic} Costive shee doth bleede & is very mutch stuffed in her chest can scarce tak her winde. ready to sound a grosse & fat woman. sent a poer woman. Dry, will nothing mouth sore water high coloured. well blooded woman Novemb. 30. die ♃ h. 9. 1598. h. 9. 18. m. ant m. 1598. a stitch vnder her right side. shee sucketh her child mutch payne in her hed & cannot sleepe.

Iane Osburne of Olny of 35. for a sore back & hart best in the her bed. & nowe taketh her by fits. & burning & sweating. & aches y^t it maketh her sweate shee feareth lest it be her sicknes y^t lyeth at her harte. goeth hard to ground. her child half a yere old. had not her courses nev^r sinc shee was last w^th child & soe shee is nev^r vseth to have thē but frō child to Child. looketh yellowe. RN Agnes Harwood of Cosgrave 50 yeres payned in her legs & body. hoven in the neither side of her belly as it were an impostume very sicke w^thall & vomiteth vp every daye what serve {sic} shee taketh. sent to me this first of may. 8|h|or 8. 30|5|. p|a|nt m. 1599.

RN Goody Ashburnoure very sorely pained in her head light headed & swelled in her face very red. can take no sleepe nor rest. sent to me. may 4. die ♀. h. 5. 48. mi ant m 1599 hath not had her couses {sic} this two yeres. bledeth nowe & then at the nose.

RN Old Goody Barnwell hoven in body & hath a sincking in her feete & her lims stiffe & have no feeling. very Costive. may. the 18 16 die ☿. h. 11. 30. ant m. 1599.

RN Alce Hall of Stonystratford. 40 y. payned head hart. w^th an extreeme cold & then w^th a flushing heate cannot sleepe. Octob. 4 die ♃ h. 1. 48. 1599.

RN Isbell Windmill of brodwell pinched & greped in the belly th w^ch shee taketh to be by wormes 65. p m Decēb. 29 die ♄ h. 4. p m. 1599 a gnawing vnder her hart & her navell

RN Ihone Brinckloe hath had her flowers stopt this 2 moneths first s{und}ay in {cleme fecit} 42 old. 2 houres afore daye Decēb. 1598. extreeme coughe day & night & very cold. vomiteth vp all.

RN Alce Bruer can not goe vpright but goeth Double vp by the fier hoven in the belly & payned in y^e bottome of her belly all|{aft^r}| a longe tine {sic}. sent Ih{one} Honour. Decēb. 15. die ♀. 11. 15. mi. 1598. worse when shee eateth any thinge.

RN Agnes Astill: otherwise Miller of Newport 40. yees {sic} old miserablely handled in her lims & ded poer & lowe brought. sent her this 26 feb: die ☾. h. 9. 15. mi. 1599. burneth & is full of blisters & itches.

RN Ellen Robarts at 8. 30 mi a stitch on her side & goeth downe to her flancke ready to stop her winde.

RN Iohn Ione Burten of Olney for her diseased chest 44. yeres. lame in her back. fallen downe into her legs. a great hoven in her belly body back w^th cold & a trembling ach in her back.

RN Katherine Giles of Hanslop. a widowe 60 yeres troubled w^th a hot winde in her belly troubled w^th a greate laske. almost this 12 moneth. cane {sic} to me this 20 of March die ♂ h. 2. 30. p m 1599.

RN Katheron Allen at Newport 50 yeres old. amisse this {illeg} yeres assone as shee was delivered of a child paynd in her hed. & swollen in her face. aremes {sic} legs hoven in her body sweateth & her hed & neck & syde loketh very hie & is specled. short winded & faynte. March 27. die ♂ h. 11. 30. 1599

RN Margery Brightwell w^thout fath^r & moth^r this 11 yeres. of Milton Kenes. 40 yeres old. a meaden vnmarid & kept of almes by the towne. sick ever sinc Alhalloutide. loketh leane & yellowe & pineth as in a cōsumption & bendeth double. 27 of March. die ♂. h 2. p m. 1599. shee came yesterday die ☾ h. 12. but 26 of March but then I could not speak w^th her.
