RN Margaret Elyng of Walton 54. weak a long tyme. but keepeth not her bed. may the 16 die ☿ h. 2. 30. p m. 1599.

RN at this time Mary Pen of Straford sent me her water. w^ch was full of motes & scales & had gravell in the bottome. her former phisick I gave her wrought vpward. hath a great gydines at in her heade hart feeble bellye.

RN Alce Ashby Goodman of Woufton of {the} Greene about a 30 y. maried this 12 yeres. her iongest almost 3 y old. sca{illeg} feb. 19 die ♂ ♄ {sic}. 2. p m. 1600. a trembling & quaking & all about her body cōsumeth & pineth faynt & feeble

RN Mary Nuby 28 of Grafton Lodge. for a rising at her stomack. her legs. Double vnd^r her faynt & feeble & pineth in her body & yet can earte {sic} had not her termes never sinc her sicknes almost for a yere. Ap. 25 die ☿ h 5. 30. p m. 1599 |cannot sleepe troubled w^th a great cough at night.|

RN fayth Gibbes of Wicken 46. amisse in her sinewes cannot gripe any thing w^th her hands so feeble & weake sometimes in hir feete & knees all swollen & keepe there naturall colour. of a good cōplex. & light harte. sent to me this 26 of Ap. h. 9. 30. ant m. 1599. a great paine in her armes. could not cut her meate.

RN Susan Coles 18 yeres of Olnye. three weekes sicke since satterday die ☾ h. 2. p m. 1599. lyeth very weake in her bed & cannot styrre in her bead except shee be turned. Octob. first die ☾ ♄ {sic}. 2 p. m. 1599 /Love sicke.\

RN Mres Edmunds of Shenly for a windcholicke. & for a swiming in her hed. may the 18 die ♀ h. 2. 27 m p m. 1599.

RN Alce Travell of Rhode 26. youngest child 2 yeres old. goeth abroad hath a payne in her hed w^th a swiming & a gydines ready to fall if she catch not some thinge. May the 19 die ♄. h. 2. p m. 1599.

RN Mary Bignell of Cosgrave. 9 y. a beating of the harte. & a sounding read {sic} was almost dead sept. 24 die ☾ h. 9. ant m. 1599

RN Goody Fisher sent her water to me to know what was good for her Aug. 14. die ☾ h. 7. 45 shee is troubled w^th the mother & was wont to swound w^th it very often. at 7. 30. 20.¹
