RN Iohn Bandye of Wavendon 35 keepeth his bed most te hath taken a great cough & cold. feb. 2 die ♄ hor. 1. p m. 1600

RN Edmund Hauckings of Newport 47|8| yeres old came to me reasonable well for ought I could ceave amisse & not sound in body any time 10 yees {sic} commonly at this time of the yeare but taketh him at Alhollantide & holdeth him vnto the springe of the yeare. came for my consell him selfe this 15 of Decemb^r die ♀ h. 9. 54. 1598. of a high reddish Colour of a black hed & beard. this disease hath greeved him a Chilly Cold in his hed.

RN Thomas vnderhood 20 yeres old of stratford for to break his cold for he hath a cough w^c maketh him vomit. every day when he Drinketh cold Drink he Doth vomit. Decēb. 13 die ☿ h. 2. 30|5|. p m. he is short winded

RN Harry Goodin taken lame in his left leg not swollen he cannot styrre his right side. in his leg & huck bone he layd in the fild Downe & being hote tooke a colde. this day or monday was sennet 17 d 16 last Christmas eve. 1598. pater  filio et filius oravit patrē. vt me consulet  morbo. Octob. 29 die ☉ h. 1. 1598. it took him in the fild as if it were prickt with nales. he cryeth out whē it is touched.

RN Oliver Whiting of Bedford troubled w^th an ach in huckbone left side taketh it to be a sciatica. & thenc to his back & inside of his share came w^th a cold or a listing as he thincketh more hot & then cold. 60 yeres old. came him selfe the 28 of feb. die ☿ h. 10. 3 20|i5| ant m. 1599. Iohn Windmill of yardly Gubbin 34 yeres old maried sick sinc munday night at wood lyeth at his chest cannot sleepe nor take any rest on his bed or any vp or Downe. sent his water reasonable good a cold taken vppō a heate. somewhat to yellowe & somewhat Costive. as red as skarlet his face a very strong lusty man \21 of/ March. die ☿ h. 8. 3|2|0 mi ant m. 1599

RN Katheron Ocklie of Turvie 60 y. payned in her legs & bodye w^ch are mightely swollen & a payne in her cheste w^th a cold. Doth spit blood also feb. 2 die ♄. h. 12. Thomas Burges \of Astwood/ 50 yeres for a great cough & payne in the chest very short winded. 1600¹

the womans wat^r is very red & thick Mary Burges troubled about the hart w^th a coughinge her wat^r hath black melancholy humour. her husb & ss troubled w^th a cough.
