RN Thomas Whooton of haversham about 22. vnmaried. sick this yere. quærit remediū. novemb 6. die ☾. h. 12. 30. he hath had a swelling in his right side broken out in his wrestꝭ & body filthy water. heavy vncōfortable his hed gyddy & light his sight bad

RN Thomas Hinny man of Witfild. 60 yeres old. sick a weddensday last in his belly & chest swelling in his legs & thighes. & swelleth vpward to his belly. Novemb. 6. die ☾ h. 4. 15. p m. hoven & swollen.

RN Margaret Archer of Calverton’ 34 yeres quærit remediū 7 of novemb die ♂ ♄ {sic}. 9. 6. mi. 1598 shee hath her bene maried this 20 yere nev^r had child shee hath them every three weekes but after thick of hearing stopt in the chest meate hath not his passage Downe a cold body & stomacke.

RN Iohn Risely of Rawnson mill. l 72 yeres old sick in L {sic} his body this 2 or 3 yeres about his \6 weekes./ he cōplayneth \of his navell/ it is sore & rūneth a|i|t reeseth at his navell leek an oake water. it looketh red & is rawe. he hath the cholick w^th all & y^t for this 7 yeres: maketh water very often. he thinketh his teeth to {stink} in his hed. & his feete to Double vnder him die ☿. h. 12. 15. 1598 he sent me a dish of oates he is a fuller. novemb. 8. 1598.

RN Andrew Knighte of Newport 36. for the winde cholicke this moneth. & stone red sand & changeth it into blood as big as a {fe}tch somewhat yellowe. forced to \purge/ fleme yellowe Chollour in great abundanc right syde of the reanes of his back & so rūneth to the bottome of his belly. vrine hot & cōplexion w^thout the fit. Novemb. 8. die ☿ h. 3. 2. 52. m. p m. 1598. extreeme payne in side & backe.

RN Hugh Tomson  filio williā qui graviter ægrotat who he supposeth to be taken or planet stroken because he is so sorely handled w^th it in his chest & syde and & {sic} cannot to ground & \nor/ make water. he could not sleepe all this last night. Novēber. the 9 die ♃ h. 6 9 ant m. 1598.

RN Mudge my broth^r leaches vicar longe since, came to see me to my howse being as Drunke as he could holde & so lay at Dore pratling & he co knew not what the 9 of Novemb. h die ♃ h. 6. after p m. at night. 1598. this night & the next day following a great whistling bustling winde a wavering roving vnsetled inconstant fellowe given to roving & wandring.¹

RN Mres Vines fell extreeme sicke of|n| thursday night the 9 of novemb. at betwixt a 11 & 12. at night after the members of the howse had bene at bed 1598. I set it of myne owne accord they thought shee would have died y^t night. it holdeth her by fits prety well a friday ill on satterd. & prety well on sunday & monday but ill on tuesday following.

RN Mres Vines took her sicknes at Piddington 30 of maye die ♂ h. betwixt 9. & 10 walking at night in her orcharde. & it tooke away her speache & brought a palsy in her side & armes. shee had no vse of her lims. 1598. die ♂ h. 9. 30 mi. p m maij 30. 1598.¹

Margaret fowler of Newport vnmaried of 40 30 yeres old sick a long time in hed hed {sic} & hart & hath a great reume come over her eyes for this longe time complayneth sinc thursday last about 12 at midnight. die ♃ novemb 16. die ♃. h. 12. at midnight 1598. they feare lest shee be bewitched of H.
