for his wife troubled w^th a waterish humour rising in her stomack. & very sick w^th all lyeth heavy as if she had surfeted it voketh her to cast. casteth mutch water.

Imagyneth she may be w^th child. & therfore craveth gentle physick.

Martij 14 1620. put on a shirte not ayred on morninge, & was all that \day/ after it cold & aguish & at night had a great payne with an extreeme stick in his ryght side. can take nothing but liquid matter, & yet hee vomiteth vp that againe If hee doth but stirre his sticke taketh him extreamely. hee is very faynt.

RN Alce Denton of haversham 36. maried this 10 yeres 3 children last childe had a yere & more agoe feareth lest shee have taken a cold w^th a nurcing child an old Disease ever since shee was a servant a great payne at her harte, doth vomit ever sinc shee was maried {b} twice or thrice in a yere but very mutch this last weeke & never well vntill shee have it vp, els very sicke. a pert woman. sent to me by her husband this 17 of Decēb. die ☉. 9 – 18.. 1598.. best a bed.

Mres An Barber sept 28 ☿ hor. 9. 15 ant m. 1603. strangly handled w^th her stomack burning & gnawing & then an intolerable paine of her hed for 20 houres not well for 40 houre & then it cōmeth once in a weeke in the wynter. & aft^r hath a swelling & a gnawing in the calfꝭ of her legs.

RN The lady Bret was let blood & tooke her vomyt {wch} {sic} gave her 3 vomyts & 12 stooles & M^r Wallys gave her a sleeping pill & after her awaking is sick & so also after meate

& cā not take any thing but it cometh vp & now is so weake as she is forced to keepe her bed Continually may 25 ♂ h 11. 50 p|a|nt m 1630.
