RN Iohn Brighty of Eaten by fenny stratford. 58 yeres amisse this 9 or 10 yeres but most sinc midsomer. he goeth abroad & talketh well. & lustely. tooke it w^th a surfet this 2 of Novenb. {sic} die ♃. h. 1. 34|8| mi. {sic} \36 |40| m./ \40/ |40 {sic} m| p. m. troubled very mutch for this moneth. 1598

RN Zachary Ketch of lathbury 10 yeres old sickned the 10 of novemb. die ♀ about noune came for my counsell. 23 of Novemb. die ♃ h. 12. 30|5|. 1598. he can hardly speak or stande.

RN Ihon vtton of feny stratford 40 had a grudging this 3 yeres looketh well w^th it & can travell & goe abroad came for my counsell this 25. of novemb 1598. h. 9. 35|0|. mi.

he enquired for his wife who is troubled w^th a wind cholick & a great heate in her back

RN Agnes Smithe of 13 yeres old at last mikelmas it tooke her {9} of novemb. w^th a gydines in her hed & hart & so ceme Downe to her h {sic} belly hard came for my counsell this 27 of November 1598 die ☾ h. 8. 49. mi. ant m. mater cū filia quærit

RN Elisabeth Smith 30 yeres old 9 yeres maried. never had Child it cometh by fits twice a weeke of a good colour red faced & fill {sic} of blood lieth in her hed & so ariseth from her hart & stomack vnto her hed. her face & syde swelleth. her vrine is red & full of rags. came in her owne son & then was very well of Decemb. 4 die ☾ h. 2. 1598. dwelleth at Emerten right side of her hed.¹

RN Mary Knight of Newport 12 yeres old at Easter Deafe this 8 yeres. for 4 yeres well. hearethe very hardly & at some times heareth better thē other her eares run & then shee heareth best shee came w^th her mother this 12 of Decēb^r die ♂ h. 10 12. 39. 1598. of a very pale Colour. a drye huske & a bad stomack breaketh & {illeg}|out &| looketh ill.

RN Edmund Hauckings of Newport 47|8| yeres old came to me reasonable well for ought I could ceave amisse & not sound in body any time 10 yees {sic} commonly at this time of the yeare but taketh him at Alhollantide & holdeth him vnto the springe of the yeare. came for my consell him selfe this 15 of Decemb^r die ♀ h. 9. 54. 1598. of a high reddish Colour of a black hed & beard. this disease hath greeved him a Chilly Cold in his hed.

RN An Cloude of Newport 35 yeres old sickned the 12 of Decemb came to me the 20 of decēb. die ☿ h. 1. 50. 1598. maritꝯ  vxore. fell into a traunc vppon satterd night & so continued vntill sunday night & revived again

RN Edward Reade of Broughton 20 yeres old deafe somewhat Deafe came for helpe for his hearing a great wind in his head h on of his eares as it were stopped Ian. 4 die ♃ h. 10. 5 1599.

RN Agnes Gery of Ol{ny} 27 last miklemas vnmaried. came her selfe the 3 of Ian. die {☿} h. 10. 5. 1599. /short winded heavy, bad head hart. hoven in her chest\

RN Christopher Elmer of W Gothurst Dwelleth w^th Thomas Travell about 20. came to me him selfe the 20 of feb. die ♂ h. 8. 30. ant m. 1599.

RN Alce Churche. 34 yeres old came in her owne son to me from yardly maried this dosen yeres & hath 5 children sick this ever sinc midsomer last. came to me for my counsell this 26 of feb die ☾ h. 12. 1599.
