RN An Bourton of Olny 26 yeres old. sick the ever sinc Lent tooke her in her hed hart & backe maried this 7 yeres had but on Child but y^t god hath taken to his mercy. {s} {sic} it holdeth her nowe as an ague shaking her every day. & hat sweateth & is very hot after the shaking & hath as it were a thing lūbring in her chest very corpulent faynt & very feeble. hath a very painfull cough ready to Drawe vp hart & hall w^th it & fetcheth blood very short winded. fetcheth vp fleume & water as cleare as a bell. Ap. 25 die ☿. h. 8. 30. mi ant m. 1599. hath a very sore ague every day y^t maketh her sweate exceedingly. hath not had this moneth her Courses sinc shee voyded a litle porreng^r of clompered bloode/

RN Mary Nuby 28 of Grafton Lodge. for a rising at her stomack. her legs. Double vnd^r her faynt & feeble & pineth in her body & yet can earte {sic} had not her termes never sinc her sicknes almost for a yere. Ap. 25 die ☿ h 5. 30. p m. 1599 |cannot sleepe troubled w^th a great cough at night.|

Iane Osburne of Olny of 35. for a sore back & hart best in the her bed. & nowe taketh her by fits. & burning & sweating. & aches y^t it maketh her sweate shee feareth lest it be her sicknes y^t lyeth at her harte. goeth hard to ground. her child half a yere old. had not her courses nev^r sinc shee was last w^th child & soe shee is nev^r vseth to have thē but frō child to Child. looketh yellowe. RN fayth Gibbes of Wicken 46. amisse in her sinewes cannot gripe any thing w^th her hands so feeble & weake sometimes in hir feete & knees all swollen & keepe there naturall colour. of a good cōplex. & light harte. sent to me this 26 of Ap. h. 9. 30. ant m. 1599. a great paine in her armes. could not cut her meate.

RN Iohn Windmill of Yardly Gubbin a twelmoneth old & as mutch as candelmas the sunday after candlemas. came & brought her Child y^t was payned in the body & had divers fi strange fits. but before it tooke it had a fit of an ague before it. not v this beating & panting began on friday night w^th a quivering & shakings of the belly & armes Apr. 10. die ♂ h. 7. ant m. 1599 goeth had|r|d to grounde cryeth

RN Margery Clarke a midwife of Stony stratford for a great swelling in her thiges & bo legs y^t on may see her face in it & so striketh vp to her harte ready to stop &|h|er winde. the bell went for her yesterdaye hath a great scouring this on her & hath had it a longe time.
