Tooke a surfet a cough cānot eate nor drink but is sick after meate vntill it hath made him to cast it swelled in his belly almost every night /his thigh was broken\

RN Agnys Kent of Moulsoe almost 5 quarters borne on Palme sonday last was twelfmonth about some {sic} rising sent to me May 14. . h. 5. p m. 1628.

It is pyned & cōsumed belly hard & voydeth wormes living 6. wasteth in the body. was nurced by goody Keburne. goody Keburne came into another nurces house & would needes suckle it, wheathr the nurce would or no & sinc mutch amys & it swounded twice to day belly very hard flesh quite wasted was not well tended by goody Keburne face swelled buttocke black & blewe. cānot stand vppon the lyms the child prsent wth goody Alton of Moulsoe it did batle well vnder this nurce vntill goody Keburne her former nurce would suckle it force tooke some surfet.
