RN Edward Brandon of Droughton 22 y a batch novēb 27. ☾ h. 2. 30 p m 1620 melancholy mightely troubled in mynd & cānot sleepe & costive head paynd & greatly payned in his stomack.

RN About 3 M^r Caroll came to me vttering his secreatꝭ

ever sinc mikle alhalloutyde y^t he bought a purchas neaver well but feeleth him selfe very faynt & drye & exceeding thirsty in his stomacke & mouth & on the end of his tongue./ & as he Drinketh maketh water continually after drinking |cānot follow any busynes./|
