RN Agnes Hoton. 7 yeres on sct Valentines eve being sunday amisse in her lims & tounge & feete & hath no sence nor feeling therin at first shee did fall for 2 or 3 dizeases. now hath lost the senc & vse of her lims

RN William Downing \of filgrave/ of the his child Abigayle a yere & 3 quarters. old. very sick for 3 houre{s} when it taketh it at 2 a clock morning & at 12 it vomiteth whatsoever it taketh the Drinke & sucke it taketh & handleth very ill for the space of 3 houres Aug 27. die ☉ h. 3. 1598 quærit remediū it loketh pale as ashes at p philgrave.

RN Everard \Woodland/ troubled e|i|t tooke him his sicknes tooke him on a weddensday before Barnabe a yere & half old pined & consumed w^th it. pale of coleur. refuseth his vittayles & vomiteth it vp w^th a coughing the 27 of Novemb. die ☾. h. 11. 45. ant m. 1598. pater  filio

RN Iohn Malins a yere & a quarter lacking a fortnight as it were pined in all her lims & bodye hed a poer bare creature. cannot sleepe not at any time in a moneth or fortnight but crye and Drinke mater adduxit se{cū} filiolā veret^r ne sit maleficio v^l veneficio afflictus. RN Iane Bachouse of Hansloppe 7 yeres old. sick this twelfmoneth. cōplayneth in her bodye aches in her lims. pined away. speaketh very hartely & eateth her meate well. hath a great laske for this 2 moneths Marche 12 die ☾ h. 8. 56. ant m. cōplayneth of her hart & brest 1599. her lims will hardly beare her.

RN Dormar for his wife at Woulverton. 24 yeres old ho payned this 18 of March die ☉ h. 9. 30. mi. ant m.

Isbell Dormer of Woulverton 28. sick this quart^r of this yere in her stomack & harte & her right side & right arm supposing y^t her liver is growing to her side. die ☾. h. 9. 2|3|0. 1599. shee doth swound w^th it worst at mornings.

RN Robart Kent of Walton 2 yeres old. on friday afore Christmas. about 11. 30. mi. consumed to nothing had a bunch vppon his thiges {sic} broken out & pined any face the best t of him. Ap. 9. die ☾. h. 10. 25|30|. mi 1599. cannot stande. nor goe very well. it doth cough. Katherine Parkins gave thē hard wordes.

RN King of haversham for his wife Agnes y^t was brought a bed 7 weekes agoe. in her back syde & belli loynes & hucbones hath no stomacke. hot & boumd {sic} for a weeke. May the 9. die ☿ h. 5. 20 p m. 1599.

RN Millers 1598 Iul. 14. die ♀ h. 7. mi. 12. 45 m. Thomas Richardson for his wife. to know what wilbe her end. about 30 yeres old. shee suspecteth shee hath bene bewitched light headed & talketh mutch of the devill shee can not speake sometimes in her fit letteth out her excrementꝭ.
