RN M^res Mary Ber Burye of Cranfeild cane {sic} p sona may the 14 die ☾ h. 3. 15. p m. 1599. |of 52. y.| she was wont to fall downe as if shee had a dead palsye.

RN An Miller of Newport. 30 yeres old married to a husband y^t maketh leape enquireth a remedy for her disease Septemb. 16 die ♄. h. 9. 55 ant. m. 1598. hath bene very sick this fortnight & keepeth her bed. 1598 & cannot stir but as she is helpen. a longe scouring and a palsy white water a bad hed.

RN M^r Iohn lea sent his water at troubled with an ague. & a reume. 20 of March. die ♂ h. 7. 20 ant m. 1599. \feareth a palsye cold in his feete./

RN Isbell franknill of drayton sloe. 61. taken speechles last friday as at candle light. as shee was dressing of a sore leg. sodenly taken nowe question is wheath^r p. taken or besp Sept. August. 31. die ♀ h. 7. p m. 1599. cannot styrre her syd nor hand. a ded palsye.

RN Mres Vines took her sicknes at Piddington 30 of maye die ♂ h. betwixt 9. & 10 walking at night in her orcharde. & it tooke away her speache & brought a palsy in her side & armes. shee had no vse of her lims. 1598. die ♂ h. 9. 30 mi. p m maij 30. 1598.¹
