RN Parnell Brookes Kerke of Caucot 58. sicke a great well very ill in her bellye. & is a woman of a great body & is swollen & so hath beene this quarter of this yere. / sent to me by her Daughter. this second of maye h. 12. 40. 1599. twice maried.

RN Goody Numan 40 yeres old of Brodwell shee hath had a disease a long time si shee hath a swelling in her legs & hath bene short winded a long time |Aug. 20 die ☉ h. 9|

RN An Haman 56 of litle brickhill: sick ever sinc Christmas not hart sick but swollen in her body & in her legs & very stiffe sent to me by her husband. Martij 22. die ♃ ♄ {sic}. 1. 10. 1599. very costive & as if shee were st{oun}ge & cannot rise except shee be lifted. very cold & stiffe & short winded & leekely to die 1599.

RN Thomas Whooton of haversham about 22. vnmaried. sick this yere. quærit remediū. novemb 6. die ☾. h. 12. 30. he hath had a swelling in his right side broken out in his wrestꝭ & body filthy water. heavy vncōfortable his hed gyddy & light his sight bad

RN An Paule of Olny 40 yeres had a Child 6 weekes afore Miklemas had a noth^r husband before sick never well sinc shee was layd w^th her last Child tock her w^th a swelling in her right legge quærit the 14 of Decēb^r. kepeth not her bed but is well by day but ill by night. die ♃. 14. h. 3. 6. 1598.

RN Will: Seere of haversham. 53 yeres old sitteth vp by the fier, very stiffe & hardly to {ground} onc in 24 houres complayneth of his body & lims & legs most in on of his sides all over his left syde ever sinc March last: first amisse not able to goe over the Dore threshall. sinc Alhalloutide. sent his wife to me Decēb. 21. die ♃. h. 12. 45. 1598. on of his legs the left wonderfully swelled. a very diseased body & hath had a greate cough.¹

RN Georg Newall of Kemson 60 sick ever sinc Christmas Martij 8 die ♃. h. 3. 30. hart & stomack legs swollen.

RN Iohn Phylip sick ever sinc thursday being the 30 of Decēb \novemb/ sent to me agayne the 4 of Decemb sick very greevously in his hart & body he is swelled in his body from the belly vnto his hart. he is Costive & so hath cōtinued ever sinc thursday last & is very exceeding ill & weeke. Decēber. 4. \die ☾./ h: 9. 15. ant m. 1598 his hart \is good/ & his tonge talketh cheerf but his body swelled.

RN Iohn Burton of Cosgrave for his disease a boy of 9 yeres old kept his bed ever sinc tuesday. voyded wormes payned in chest belly & hart a stitch vnd^r his right \side/ a very hie coloured youth w^th the vexation y^t was pale before. all swollen frō the face to the granes. made no water sinc thursday. at 25 of March. die ☉ h. 6: 8. p. m 1599

RN Mres Blundell enquireth what is good for her Disease shee is pulled as it were in peeces hart belly sides & swollen in her stomach y^t & worse after she hath eaten or Drunken weake & feble in her body & knees. Aug. 28. die ☾ h. 5. 28 mi p. m shee shaketh & trembleth body {neck} & {yoin}tꝭ

RN Thomas Hinny man of Witfild. 60 yeres old. sick a weddensday last in his belly & chest swelling in his legs & thighes. & swelleth vpward to his belly. Novemb. 6. die ☾ h. 4. 15. p m. hoven & swollen.

RN Agnes Harwood of Cosgrave 50 yeres payned in her legs & body. hoven in the neither side of her belly as it were an impostume very sicke w^thall & vomiteth vp every daye what serve {sic} shee taketh. sent to me this first of may. 8|h|or 8. 30|5|. p|a|nt m. 1599.

RN Thomas Bartom. 15 yeres sick this 5 weekes. nothing will tary w^th him for this fortnight lyeth in his hed light headed. Martij 8. die ♃. h. 9. 10. 1599. at Newport.

his fath^r moved a question at the same time or a quart^r after 9. for a payne in his knee w^c was broken his thigh was broken quite thorough & nowe the paine is fallen into his knee pan & is swollen.

RN Iohn Ione Burten of Olney for her diseased chest 44. yeres. lame in her back. fallen downe into her legs. a great hoven in her belly body back w^th cold & a trembling ach in her back.
