RN An Southā of Croaton 33 y Iuly 3 ☉ h. 1. 39 p m 1625 was onc troubled wth mopishnes a yere sinc & stayd in or towne 3 weeks & tooke physick may {sic} tyms before yt she came to the towne & mended & was well god be thancked.
now cane {sic} agayn her selfe & cōplayned of a great heate all over her body brayne hot bac{ke}|ke| the right syde & chest.
