RN Will Knight tooke his sicknes die {illeg} Ian 4 die Ian. {sic} 5. die ♀ h. 3. in aur. very evill handled w^th sicknes vomiteth hath a rising in his stomack leeke an apostume ready to stoppe his breath. burneth very mutch thirsty & drye. 1599.

RN Iohn Orrish about a & {sic} hundred yeres old a poer Carpenter of Woulson he hath never sinc friday evening ma{illeg} made water. being the fir{st} of Septemb. at 9. nowe seeketh a remedy this 5 of Sept the Daught^r for the fath^r but w^th hi{s} consent. he is nowe sw{ol}len & casteth vp his mea{te} & drink. he cannot pisse 1598. 8. 15. ant m die ♂ h. 8. 15. RN Andrew Knighte of Newport 36. for the winde cholicke this moneth. & stone red sand & changeth it into blood as big as a {fe}tch somewhat yellowe. forced to \purge/ fleme yellowe Chollour in great abundanc right syde of the reanes of his back & so rūneth to the bottome of his belly. vrine hot & cōplexion w^thout the fit. RN Miller of Brodwell 55. yeres Doth nothing els but vomit. & so hath done every day this yere nowe forsaketh his meate & keepeth his bed nowe this 3 days. March 20 die ♂ h. 2. 8 p m 1599

RN William Tomson of 12 yeres on a friday a moneth afore Miklemas quærit valde ægrotat ventre. 6 of novemb. it tooke him on 2 of novemb. die ♃ in the morning. he it cometh & taketh him by fits & & {sic} ariseth vp in his stomack he could not take his meate. but would vomit vp but y^t is stayd & troubleth his hed but most his belly burneth wonderfully cannot eate. RN Old Roughead for his disease w^c holdeth him at his hart & in his sides & causeth him to vomit vp his Drink as often as he taketh it. Octob. 15 die ☉. h. 7. 45|0| mi. 1598

RN Thomas Dudly nowe 5 yeres old next miklemas natus erat Sept 15. die ☉ h 1. p m. hath his health well & eateth his meate. about harvest last began to have a rising in his throte ready to stop his wind & speach in always when he beginneth to sleepe then it hath held him sinc miklemas the last time it tooke him it bete him on friday last. going to sleepe. ready to skreame & skrike in the fit.

RN Thomas vnderhood 20 yeres old of stratford for to break his cold for he hath a cough w^c maketh him vomit. every day when he Drinketh cold Drink he Doth vomit. Decēb. 13 die ☿ h. 2. 30|5|. p m. he is short winded

RN Lewis Vppne 42. for {sic} in litle Brickwill. servant to M^r Fisher for an extreme payne about his navell y^t so payneth him y^t he can tak noe rest & four can scarc hold him down he casteth all vp & nothing will goe downward. very Costive & full of wind at the very navell. casteth vp his meate. RN Iohn Wels of Wouften in the Greene 2|3|5.  tussi qua laboravit {ꝗ} biduū q. remediū. may 2. {sic} 16 die ☿. h. 2. apt to vomit. short winded

RN Richard leach of Dunsanger 64. sic not sick but hath a {gr} somewhat lyeth about his harte & hath a great cough. & when it ariseth about his harte. is ready to stop his winde & ratleth in the throate. A {sic} Octob. 2. die ♂ h. 9. 15 p ant m. 1599.
