RN Mathew Tedder of Newport at {M} 22^th of March next following {sic} of 39 at 22^th of March next following hath had a Disease following him any time this twellyeres. 9. 45|9| ant m Aug. 28 die ☾ h. 9. 45. {sic} 1598. he hath the rūning of the reanes w^c weakneth him so sore that he can scarce stand. his bac{k} exceeding ill. mutch troubled w^th it for this halfe yere.

RN M^r Tedder of Newp. came to me Octob. 4 die ☿ h. 11. 9. mi. ant m. 1598. but I would not speake w^th hi{m}¹

RN at this time Tedders wife told me her husband troubled w^th the rūning of the reanes.

RN Rich. Bandy of milton 38. walketh vp & Downe sick chest & hart. water of a good Colour.

RN Edmund Nichols of litle Woulson 38 maried this 2 yeres. never a child trouled w^th an ache in his inner side of his thigh & huckbone to the knee had it longe agoe but not so mutch as nowe 3i of March. die ♄. h. 9. 10. mi. ant m. 1599. a cold ache
