RN Wylliā Peter \of Risely/ 11. y. maij 10 h. 3. 30 p m 1605.

hath a falling every 9 or 9|x| days & sometyes {sic} every sennet.

hath his soden falling last satterday & yesterday.1

was borne on our ladye lady {sic} being munday A{nun}ciat at breake of day before sun rising a xj yeres since Lady day last.
