Question asked by the patient between 22 January 1597 and 6 September 1597

RN Edward Vuedale the sonne of Iohn Vuedale & Agnes Croutch was borne 1586 the 18 of Septemb being sonday in the mornng betwixt 3 & 4. at 3. 45 min: he is mutch troubled wth a bunch swelling in the neck & subiect to mutch breaking out & sores legs & neck specially that it hath bene lanced. a small leane childe wc batteleth not.
