about cristmas face & hands mutch swelled as big as two stomack weake cā scarc keepe any thing. I {se}aled blood onc sinc yt mutch payned in his head & mēbers at the end of making water it prickes & throbs wth extreme payne
feareth an vlcer for it is as matter yt cōmeth frō him & maketh it often. 4 tymes in an houre it hindereth slepe.

Conye. feb 18. in ye after noone his first fit but his worst fit the 24 of feb when the sup witch was acquitted/
